After a few tough years of pandemic reduced travel and schedules 2023 has kicked off with a truly epic humpback whale season. The whale season this year was quite epic- over 30 charters in less than 2 months of time- some of the most amazing interactions with both adults and baby whales. As we noticed a slightly earlier movement north than the previous year we did our last trip on Sunday for the year and it was epic! Swimming with a mother whale, her calf, and new escort for a full day. Playing in the shallow waters, actually getting to see a calf nurse and more. The small group stayed next to us most of the day putting on a great show of breaching and tail flips and numerous swims up next to the boat. We would like to thank all our guests for coming and enjoying this amazing experience with us and hope to see you and many new friends next year for this experience. Thanks again to all our local divers, dive groups from Tokyo, Taiwan, Hong Kong and around the world that came to view these amazing animals. LINK
